GoodRx says first-half financial statements are unreliable after it understated Pharma Direct revenue
GoodRx says its financial statements for the quarter and year-to-date periods ended March 31 and June 30, 2026 should no longer be relied upon because Pharma Direct revenue was understated. Its November 2 filing presents preliminary adjustments, including a $29.773 million increase in first-half total revenue. The company plans amended quarterly reports, but says the amounts remain subject to change as its review and restatement continue.
